About Me
My name is Carly Huff and I'm a theater artist specializing in scenic painting. I'm 24 years old and located in Brooklyn, NY. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, oil painting, and playing video games. I graduated with a major in Production Design and Technology at Ohio University with a focus on scenic painting. I also got a minor in Studio Art with an emphasis in oil painting.
​Artist Statement
Growing up, I was surrounded by creativity. My mother worked as the manager of a theater, which led me to be heavily influenced by the atmosphere of theatrical storytelling. I fell in love with both drawing and theater at a young age. In high school, I pursued both performing and visual arts. In college, I discovered I could combine both of my passions by painting for the theater. My mission is to share my love for creating with the world. I'm passionate about teaching others and creating personal artwork.
